Please note:

Once an order has entered the system it will begin to be processed immediately so it isn't always possible to change it. Please take care and check your order before finishing.


Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason you must return it to the address below and all we ask is the shipping and a handling fee per item will be at your cost. The item MUST be in as new condition including the Bumpers. We suggest you have the item tracked as if not received by the warehouse we will not be able to offer a refund.

Please let us know in writing:

  • When you made your original purchase.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange.
  • If you would like an exchange be sure to state the colour you would like and there will be the shipping charge to resend plus a $15 handling fee per item. We will send an invoice once the goods have been received back.
  • If you would like a refund, we will credit the card number you used to make your original purchase, excluding the shipping fee and $10 handling costs per item.

Goods returned for replacement or refund must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us, including the Bumpers. 

If the goods are damaged you will need to contact us by email or phone before returning. Damaged goods returned without prior contact and agreement with us regarding the circumstances of how the damage occurred may not be accepted.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you decide you want to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it we will replace it or refund you with no reservations. All we ask is that you contact us first and that when returning product that you pay for the postage and a handling fee to cover warehouse charges.

In the case of a damaged item returning it may not be necessary, just contact us on the form provided on this website under the "Contact Us" tab.
